Former Chief Deputy Treasurer Pleaded Guilty
by: Amadeus Smith Vincent J. Frustaci, who was chief deputy treasurer at SCTO from 2001 until March 31 of last year when state auditor's noticed the treasurer's accounts didn't match the amount of cash on hand. Frustaci is pleading guilty today after already admitting to the theft.
